摘要(Abstract)：
Ecological civilization has been declared as one of the prime developing strategies of China.It indicates that this target should be taken into consideration inpolicy decision and legislation.There are many definitions of ecological civilization in academia.Although definitions differ,the following consensuses have been reached on the understanding of ecological civilization:(1)An ecological civilization requires human beings to understand the
