摘要(Abstract)：
随着我国"规划纲要草案"的出台,能源行业市场化改革被提上了重要议程,其终极目标为实现市场调控与国家监管的有机结合。鉴于体系化的能源市场法律规则是能源行业全面引入市场机制的重要理论依据,而市场的基本构造离不开市场参与者、市场交易对象以及市场交易规则等核心要素,因此,以我国现有能源市场之法律与实践状况为研究基础,本文从能源市场主体、客体、交易规则三方面入手,分别探讨相应的制度,以完成对我国能源市场法律规则的整体构建。
