摘要(Abstract)：
司法腐败是司法工作人员在行使司法职权或者从事司法活动时为了自己或单位的不正当利益,滥用职权实施的违纪、违法或者犯罪,有损司法公正的行为。十八大以来,习近平总书记对司法腐败的表现形式、形成原因、危害、治理措施进行了全面的论述。党中央的文件、人大立法和最高司法机关的司法文件出台了一系列治理司法腐败的举措,逐渐形成了预防司法腐败的有效机制,也查处了大量司法腐败案件。习近平总书记关于司法腐败及其治理的思想呈现出时代性、人民性、系统性的特征,为我们采取有效措施治理司法腐败,构建不敢腐的惩戒机制、不能腐的防范机制、不易腐的保障机制指明了方向。
