摘要(Abstract)：
近年来,互联网向经济、社会、生活各领域全面渗透,改变了传统的生产、生活和管理方式。党中央高度重视数字经济和网络安全,党的十八届五中全会提出了实施网络强国战略的要求,"没有网络安全就没有国家安全",互联网不仅是工具,也是治理对象。因此,要建立专门审判体系,使审判工作在维护国家网络安全、依法治理网络空间、服务保障数字经济发展等方面更有作为。
