关于创办China Legal Science （《中国法学(英文版)》）杂志的公告
1.国家新闻出版总署于2012年9月7日以“新闻出版总署文件（新出审字[2012]695号）”批复中国法学会，同意创办China Legal Science （《中国法学(英文版)》）杂志（以下简称“杂志”）。
2.杂志由中共中央政法委员会主管，中国法学会主办，中国法学杂志社出版。杂志新编国内统一连续出版物号为CN10—1091/D，英文，双月刊，大16开，国内外公开发行。
3.杂志的办刊宗旨为：坚持马克思主义法学基本观点和正确的政治方向，反映中国特色社会主义法学理论和实践成果，展示我国法治建设成就，开展国际学术交流，提升中国特色社会主义法学理论体系的国际影响力。
4.杂志将于2013年上半年出版发行创刊号。欢迎广大法学理论和实务工作者，特别是中国法学会的会员、理事、常务理事，关注和支持杂志的编辑出版工作，为办好杂志献计献策。

Announcement with regard to
Establishing China Legal Science (English Edition)
1. The General Administration of Press and Publication of the People’s Republic of China (GAPP) officially replied to China Law Society according to the “GAPP file [2012] No. 695” on September 7, 2012 that the establishment of China Law Science (English Edition) has been approved (hereinafter referred to as the “journal”).
2. The Journal is governed by the Central Politics and Law Commission of the Communist Party of China, hosted by China Law Society, and published by China Legal Science Office Press. The national unified publication number of the journal is CN10-1091/D, and the journal is approved to be published in English and A4 format bimonthly and distributed internationally.
3. The journal aims to insist on the basic ideas and political direction of Marxist jurisprudence, reflect the socialist legal theories and practical achievements with Chinese characteristics, demonstrate legal achievements of China, carry out international academic exchange, and promote the international influence of China’s socialist legal theory system.
4. The journal will be found and published in the first half year, 2013. Therefore, we hope that any legal experts, scholars and practitioners, especially the members, directors and executive directors of China Law Society, can contribute good suggestions and ideas for us to run the journal perfectly.
