内容提要 实现中华民族伟大复兴，是中华民族近代以来最伟大的梦想，凝聚了几代中国人的夙愿，体现了中国共产党百年来矢志不渝的奋斗目标，已成为我国宪法所规定的国家发展目标与全社会普遍认同的价值共识。中华民族伟大复兴入宪，标志着这一命题完成了从历史叙事、政治话语向宪法话语的转变，由此形成一个具有统摄性、解释力与辐射力的规范体系。伴随中国特色社会主义事业的不断推进与宪法全面实施，中华民族伟大复兴的内涵不断拓展、外延日益明晰，不仅为国家治理现代化提供稳定的制度预期，也构成理解中国式现代化内在逻辑的重要宪法范畴。立足历史演进脉络与宪法文本双重维度，系统阐释中华民族伟大复兴的宪法内涵和规范意义，对于凝练中华民族伟大复兴的宪法逻辑，以宪法话语阐释中国式现代化与中华民族伟大复兴的内在统一性，具有重要的理论与实践意义。

Abstract: The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the greatest dream of the Chinese nation since modern times, embodies the aspirations of several generations of Chinese people, and reflects the unwavering goal the Communist Party of China has pursued for over a century, which has now been formally established as the nation’s development goal under the Constitution and a value consensus widely recognized by the whole society. Its inclusion in the Constitution marks a transformation from a historical narrative and political discourse into a constitutional discourse, forming a unifying, interpretive, and far-reaching standard system. With the advancement of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the full implementation of the Constitution, the meaning of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation continues to expand with a clearly defined scope, providing stable institutional expectations for the modernization of national governance and serving as a core constitutional concept for understanding the internal logic of Chinese modernization. Therefore, systematically analyzing the constitutional meaning and norm significance of the rejuvenation through both historical development and constitutional text holds profound theoretical and practical importance to clarify the constitutional logic behind this vision and interpret the internal integrity of Chinese modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with constitutional discourse.
