内容提要 习近平法治思想的检察监督理论，是习近平法治思想中的重要理论创新。该理论源于马克思主义监督思想、中华优秀传统法律文化，源于百余年来党的治国理政经验，源于习近平同志关于检察监督工作的长期思考和探索。习近平法治思想的检察监督理论明确了检察机关“四位一体”的法律监督性质定位，拓展了检察机关公益诉讼新职能，强化了“四大检察”监督作用，深刻揭示了检察监督保障国家法律统一正确实施、维护国家法治统一的重要价值。为有效践行这一理论，检察机关必须始终锚定正确的政治方向，紧扣服务保障中国式现代化的目标任务，站稳司法为民的根本立场，持续深化检察监督系列改革，勇于开展自我监督与自我革命。全面贯彻落实习近平法治思想的检察监督理论，将有力推动检察工作高质量发展，为建设社会主义法治国家提供坚实保障。

Abstract: The theory of procuratorial supervision in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law represents a significant theoretical innovation within Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. This theory originates from Marxist ideas on supervision, China’s fine traditional legal culture, the CPC’s experience in governance over a hundred years, and the long-term thinking and exploration of Comrade Xi Jinping regarding the work of procuratorial supervision. On the level of scientific exposition, the theory defines the procuratorial organs’ four-sphere positioning of legal supervision, expands the scope of new functions including public interest litigation, strengthens the supervisory roles of ‘four prosecutions’, and profoundly reveals the important value of procuratorial supervision in ensuring the uniform and correct implementation of national laws and safeguarding the unity of the national legal system. To effectively implement this theory, procuratorial organs must always keep to the correct political direction; closely align with the goals and tasks of serving and safeguarding Chinese modernization; firmly maintain the fundamental position of ensuring justice for the people; deepen the series of reforms in procuratorial supervision; and have the courage to exercise self-supervision and self-reform. The full implementation of the theory of procuratorial supervision in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law will vigorously promote the high-quality development of procuratorial work and provide a solid guarantee for building a socialist country under the rule of law.
