内容提要 习近平全球治理与国际法治思想,是习近平治国理政思想的重要组成部分,是世界各国共同应对全球性挑战与国际性问题的有力思想工具,也是中国参与国际秩序与国际体系创新发展的先进理论指导。其中,构建人类命运共同体、走和平发展道路、构建以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系、维护以联合国宪章宗旨和原则为核心的国际秩序和国际体系、推动国际秩序与全球治理体系朝着更加公正合理的方向发展、加强国际法治工作等深刻思想的有机结合、辩证统一,共同构成习近平全球治理与国际法治思想的丰富内容。在中国的国际影响力与日俱增、中国走上世界舞台中心的当下,学习领会并贯彻落实这些思想,具有重大的理论价值和现实意义。

Abstract: Xi Jinping's global governance and international rule of law constitute important parts of Xi Jinping's political thought. It is a powerful ideological tool for all countries to deal with global challenges and international issues and is also an advanced theoretical guide for China's participation in international order and innovation and development of international system. Among them, organic integration and dialectical unification of profound thoughts, such as building community of human fate, taking the road of peaceful development, building new international relations which regards win-win cooperation as the core, safeguarding the international order and international system centered on the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, promoting the international order and global governance system develop towards a more fair and reasonable direction, strengthening the work on international rule of law, all of which constitute the Xi Jinping's thought of global governance and International Rule of Law. In the current situation that China's international influence is growing and China has stepped on the center of the world stage, learning, understanding and implementing these ideas has great theoretical value and practical significance.
