内容提要 法治是人类文明的重要成果之一,文物事业的健康发展离不开法治的引领和保障。习近平高度重视文物事业发展,对文物事业法治化的重大意义、基本规律、重要抓手进行了深入思考,做出了一系列重要讲话和批示,形成了具有时代特色和历史担当的文物事业法治思想,丰富了中国特色社会主义法治理论,为依法科学开展文物工作和处理涉文物问题提供了理论指南。

Abstract: As a common achievement of human civilization, the rule of law has been recognized to be an essential principle to guide and safeguard the healthy development of cultural relics. The General Secretary Xi Jinping pays high attention to the development of cultural relics, he carefully deliberates the significance, essential elements and important grip of cultural relics under the rule of law, makes a series of speeches and instructions, establishes a legal thought on cultural relics with times characteristics and history spirit, enriches the socialist theory of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics, and provides a theoretical guidance to deal with cultural relics affairs scientifically.
