China is home to a rich and varied culture, with the modernization of its cultural rule of law acting as a potent safeguard in fostering cultural confidence and fortitude. Currently, there remains a deficiency in legal protection for several domains, including outstanding traditional culture, burgeoning internet culture, red legal culture, ethnic culture, as well as cultural businesses and industries. To achieve the modernization of cultural governance through law in China, it is essential to bolster the development of a socialist cultural legal framework with Chinese characteristics, expedite the cultivation of socialist legal culture, fortify the legal governance of internet culture, ensure lawful facilitation of cultural exchange and mutual learning, and foster the healthy growth of cultural enterprises and industries, among other initiatives.
内容提要：中国拥有丰富多彩的文化遗产，推动我国文化法治走向现代化是建设文 化强国、实现文化自信自强的有力保障。然而，目前我国在优秀传统文化、新兴网络文 化、红色法治文化、民族文化、文化事业和产业等方面的法治保障还存在不足。因此， 我们应通过加快社会主义法治文化建设、加强网络文化法治建设、依法保障文化交流互 鉴、促进文化事业和文化产业健康发展等路径，推动实现中国文化法治的现代化。
