At present, it is necessary to sort out the development process, unique contribution, and practical approach to the Chinese foreign-related rule of law, explore the unique position of the Chinese foreign-related rule of law in international aff airs, and reveal its rich connotations and characteristics in the new era. The Chinese foreign-related rule of law coexists with the policy of opening up to the outside world. The Chinese foreign-related rule of law is the embodiment of the integration and symbiosis of ‘promotion of international rule of law’ and ‘internalization of international law’ of the Chinese path to modernization in the foreign-related rule of law field. So far, a large number of major achievements have been made in the fi eld of foreign-related rule of law, achieving extensive influence. These include proposing the Belt and Road Initiative, reconstructing the concept of modern human rights, gaining insight into international intellectual property struggle, and innovating international corporate compliance systems. In the future, China will further coordinate and plan the strategic layout of the foreign-related rule of law work, and use the Chinese foreign-related rule of law means to eff ectively safeguard national sovereignty, security, and development interests.
内容提要：现阶段对中国涉外法治的发展历程、重大贡献和实践进路进行梳理，探 讨中国涉外法治在国际事务中的独特地位，揭示其丰富内涵与特点是新时代下的应有课 题。探赜索隐，中国涉外法治与对外开放政策共存共荣，是中国实现全面现代化的重要 组成部分。中国涉外法治是中国式现代化在涉外法治领域统筹融合“国际法治优化”与“国 际法内化”的意涵体现，其中诞生的优秀涉外法治研究成果诸如“一带一路”倡议的提出、 现代化人权理念的重构、国际知识产权斗争的洞悉以及国际企业合规制度的扬弃等产生 了广泛影响。中国将进一步统筹规划涉外法治工作战略布局，运用中国涉外法治手段切 实维护国家主权、安全与发展利益。
