内容提要 当前，对我国司法公信现状的判断主要是通过满意度调查的方式获得的， 但这种方式具有片面性。本文通过对案件质效、法官自我的评价、当事人的反映和社会公 众的认知等多角度的考察，揭示出我国的司法公信呈现出“四个交织”的复杂图景: 案件质 效不断趋好与司法公信不断趋弱的现象交织，当事人维权意识增强与权利滥用现象交织， 社会公众对司法的客观评价与主观臆断交织，司法公信不足与司法自信不强交织。

Abstract: Currently，the judgment about the situation of the judiciary public confidence of the people’s court is mainly made through the research about the degree of satisfaction， which is a one-sided way． This article，from the aspects of the case’s quality and result，the self － evaluation of the judge，the reflection of the parties and the cognition of the social public，reveals the complicated view about the public confidence in China: the phenomenon that the case’s quality and result is getting better interweaves with the phenomenon that the public confidence is getting weak，the phenomenon that the party’s right-protection awareness is getting strong interweaves with the abuse of rights，the objective evaluation on the judicature of the social public interweaves with the subjective assume，and the weak judiciary public confidence interweaves with weak judiciary confidence．
