内容提要 人民法院是社会公众参与司法活动的中心场所，是传播法院文化、凝聚法治共 识的核心场域。建设先进法院文化，需要进一步厘清法院文化概念，全面把握已经取得的成绩 和存在问题，更加突出法院文化建设的司法价值取向和法官文化自觉，切实有针对性地加强法 院文化结构要素的司法性，进而实现法院文化对内熏陶、对外布道的法治功能作用。

Abstract: The people’s court is the central stage for the public to participate in judicial activities，and the kernel place for communicating court culture and reaching consensus on the rule of law． In order to establish advanced court culture，it is necessary to clarify the concept of court culture，comprehensively seize the achievements and problems，further emphasize the judicial value orientation of court culture and judge culture，and enhance judicial quality of structural elements of court culture，so that the functions of court culture will be achieved．
