内容提要 习近平法治思想从历史和现实相贯通、国际和国内相关联、理论和实际相结合上，创造性地回答了新时代为什么实行全面依法治国、怎样实行全面依法治国等一系列重大问题，是我们党在法治领域具有里程碑意义的原创性理论，实现了马克思主义法治理论中国化新的历史性飞跃。习近平法治思想的原创性贡献，集中体现在习近平总书记在中央全面依法治国工作会议上明确提出并深刻阐述的“十一个坚持”之中。各级法学会和广大法学法律工作者要集中力量开展习近平法治思想原创性贡献的学习研究宣传工作，真正做到学深、悟透、笃行，把习近平法治思想的学习研究宣传阐释贯彻不断引向深入，自觉做习近平法治思想的坚定信仰者、积极传播者、模范践行者。

Abstract: Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law creatively answers a series of major questions, such as why we implement overall law-based governance and how to implement it in the new era, from the perspective of the interconnection between history and reality, the linkage between international and domestic affairs, and the combination of theory and practice. It is a landmark original theory of the CPC in the field of the rule of law and has achieved a new historic leap in the sinicization of Marxist theory of the rule of law. The original contribution of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is concentratively embodied in the ‘Eleven Upholds’ clearly put forward and profoundly expounded by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Central Conference on Work Related to Overall Law-Based Governance. Law societies at all levels and legal workers should consciously become firm believers, active disseminators, and exemplary practitioners of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.
