内容提要 数字检察改革发轫于新时代科技革命，推动检察机关法律监督模式重塑变革，促进实现法律监督高质效，助力国家治理现代化。在理念层面，实现技术理性向制度理性的新跨越；在数据层面，实现被动监督向能动检察的新跨越；在平台层面，实现应用辅助向模式变革的新跨越；在赋能层面，实现个案办理向类案监督的新跨越；在治理层面，实现职能延伸向价值重塑的新跨越。为夯实改革机制并持续推进改革，需要建立高效工作推进机制，完善配套机制体制，构建理论、制度和话语体系，抓实数字检察人才队伍建设。

Abstract: Digital procuratorial reform originates in the scientific and technological revolution of the new era, advances the reshaping and reform of the legal supervision model of procuratorial organs, promotes the realization of high quality and efficiency of legal supervision, and propels the modernization of national governance. At the conceptual level, realize a new leap from technical rationality to institutional rationality; At the data level, realize a new leap from passive supervision to active prosecution; At the platform level, realize a new leap from application assistance to model change; At the enabling level, realize a new leap from case handling to similar case supervision; At the governance level, realize a new leap from functional extension to value reshaping. In order to consolidate the reform mechanism and continue to promote reform, it is necessary to establish an efficient work promotion mechanism, improve the supporting mechanism and system, build theory, system and discourse systems, and firmly grasp the construction of the digital procuratorial talent team.
