内容提要 从司法改革到政法改革，是法治领域改革的一次历史性飞跃，标志着法治领域改革迈入新阶段。新时代政法改革，是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的应有之义，是建设更高水平的法治中国、平安中国的必由之路，是构建开放型政法工作新格局的迫切需要。这场改革是由党中央统一部署推进的重大改革工程，是政法领域的一场全方位深层次的革命。深入推进新时代政法改革，应坚持党的全面领导，坚持以人民为中心，坚持宪法法律至上，维护社会公平正义，尊重和保障人权，加强权力制约和监督，提高执法司法效率，加快现代科技应用。新时代政法改革的主要任务，是加强党对政法工作的领导，深化政法机构改革、法治实施体制改革、社会治理体制改革、政法公共服务体系建设、政法职业管理制度改革、政法科技体系创新，推进政法工作体系和工作能力现代化。

Abstract: The transition from judicial reform to political and legal reform is a historic leap in the reform of rule of law field, which marks a new stage in the reform of the rule of law field. The political and legal reform in the new era is not only an appropriate mode of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, but also the only way of constructing law-based China and safe China at a higher level and the urgent need of building a new situation of open-type political and legal work. This reform is a significant reform project deployed and carried forward by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ( CPC), and a comprehensive and in-depth revolution in the political and legal field. In order to further promote the political and legal reform in the new era, it is necessary to adhere to the overall leadership of the CPC, focus on the people, adhere to the supremacy of the Constitution, maintain social fairness and justice, respect and guarantee human rights, strengthen the restriction and supervision of power, improve the efficiency of law enforcement and justice, and accelerate the application of modern science and technology. The main mission of political and legal reform in the new era is to strengthen the leadership of the CPC over political and legal work, deepen the reform of political and legal institutions, reform of rule of law enforcement system, reform of social governance system, construction of public service system, reform of political and legal profession management system and innovation of political and legal technology system, and advance the modernization of political and legal work system and working competence.
