内容提要 习近平法治思想的生态文明法治理论是马克思主义法治理论结合中国国情 在推进生态文明建设过程中的理论创新，是植根于中华传统文化、从中国法律传统中汲取智 慧和力量的理论创造，是借鉴世界文明发展和国际可持续发展研究的新成果、并在中国生态 文明建设实践中实现扩展与升级的理论贡献。生态文明法治理论以“生命共同体”为核心， 创新生态文明法治建设价值论；以“整体观”为要旨，创新生态文明建设法治方法论；以“协 同推进”为目标，创新生态文明建设法学理论。生态文明法治理论的实现路径包括完善生 态文明法律规范体系、完善生态文明法治实施体系、严密生态文明法治监督体系、健全生态 文明法治保障体系。

Abstract: Ecological civilization rule of law theory of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is a theoretical innovation of the Marxist theory of the rule of law in promoting the construction of ecological civilization in combination with China’s national conditions. It is an intellectual creation rooted in Chinese traditional culture and absorbing wisdom and strength from Chinese legal traditions, and is also a theoretical contribution that draws on the new achievements of world civilization development and international sustainable development research and realizes expansion and upgrading in the practice of ecological civilization construction in China. Ecological civilization rule of law theory innovates value theory of ecological civilization rule of law construction with‘a community of life’as the core; innovates the rule of law methodology of the ecological civilization construction with‘holistic view’as the key point; innovates legal theory of ecological civilization construction with‘coordinated advancement’as the goal. The realization path of ecological civilization rule of law theory includes improving the legal norm system of ecological civilization, optimizing the rule of law implementation system of ecological civilization, perfecting the rule of law supervision system of ecological civilization, and improving the guarantee system of ecological civilization rule of law.
