内容提要 人民法院积极适应信息技术革命，推动建立司法大数据管理和服务平台，在 服务司法审判实践、提升审判管理质效、建立阳光司法机制、深化应用法学研究、助力科学决 策等方面进行了积极有益探索。同时，司法大数据的应用也面临一些挑战，应进一步加强对 数据的利用和管理，提升数据处理能力和数据质量，重视法律和数据技术复合型人才培养。 未来的司法大数据应用，将秉持 “服务司法实践、服务公众需求、服务社会发展”的理念，立 足于提升司法大数据应用效能，朝着 “使法院更健康，使法官更健康，使社会更健康”的趋 势发展，在助力提升审判体系和审判能力现代化水平以及社会协同治理能力、优化社会治理 模 式方面发挥更大作用。

Abstract: People's courts in China have actively adapted to the information technology revolution by promoting the establishment of the Judicial Big Data Management and Service Platform. They have made positive and beneficial explorations in serving judicial practice, improving the quality and effectiveness of judicial management, establishing the open and transparent judicial mechanism, deepening applied law research, facilitating scientific decision-making and so on. However, the application of judicial big data also faces some challenges. It is necessary to further strengthen the use and management of judicial data, improve the data processing ability and data quality, and focus on the cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents specialized in both law and technology. In the future, based on improving its efficiency, the application of judicial big data will conform to the concept of‘ serving judicial practice, serving public demands and serving social development', to‘ make courts healthier, make judges healthier and make society healthier'. It will play a more important role in modernizing the judicial system and judicial capacity, as well as improving the capacity of social coordination in governance and the model of social governance.
