内容提要 在对一份问卷中有关平等内容的分析后发现，虽然大众的平等观念已经有 了很大进步，但中国大众平等观念样态却呈现出了别样的问题，暴露了大众在抽象平等观 与现实平等观、法律上的平等观与道德上的平等观、公民的平等观与身份的平等观问题上 的矛盾以及冲突。这些矛盾以及冲突不可避免。大众的平等观是多元的，特别是人格的平 等观念很难达成一致。平等的观念是相互感染的，也可以通过教育形成一部分，但并不能 完全一致。所以，过度矫大众平等观只会伤及社会，也会伤及平等本身。

Abstract: The analysis of a questionnaire about equality has revealed that although the equality concept of the public has great progress，the equalityconcept modality of the Chinese public has appeared different problems，which has exposed the contradiction and conflict between abstract and realistic equality concepts，between the equality concept in law and morality，between the equality concept in citizens and identity． These contradiction and conflicts are inescapable． The equality concept of the public is diversified，especially the equality in personality． The equality concept is contagious，which can be a part through education，but not completely consistent． Thus，overly correcting the equality concept of the public will damage the society and the equality itself．
