内容提要 如同作出全面推进依法治国重大问题决定的党的十八届四中全会一样，明确提出习近平法治思想的2020年中央全面依法治国工作会议也具有划时代里程碑意义。以2020年中央全面依法治国工作会议为新的历史起点，在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下，在习近平法治思想的科学指引下，社会主义法治国家建设深入推进，法治中国建设开创新局面。五年来，这一新局面主要体现为：全面依法治国总体格局基本形成，中国特色社会主义法治体系不断完善，法治领域改革全面深化，中国式现代化的法治保障更加有力，中国特色社会主义法治道路越走越宽广，习近平法治思想与时俱进创新发展，充分彰显卓越的真理力量和实践伟力。

Abstract: Just like the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which adopted the Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Certain Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Advancing the Law-Based Governance of China, the Central Conference on Work Related to Overall Law-Based Governance in 2020 that explicitly put forward Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law also holds epoch-making and milestone significance. Taking this conference as a new historical starting point, under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core and the scientific guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, we have intensified efforts to advance socialist rule of law in China, and new progress has been made in building the rule of law in China. Over the past five years, this new progress has been mainly reflected in the following aspects: A comprehensive framework for law-based governance has taken shape; the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics has been continuously improved; reforms in the field of the rule of law have been fully deepened; the legal safeguards for Chinese modernization have become more effective; the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics has been broadened further; and Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has kept pace with the times and developed innovatively, fully demonstrating its extraordinary power of truth and great power of practice.
