More than 200 experts and scholars from institutions of higher learning,scientific research units,and practical sectors have attended this conference.The discussion was focused on four topics:hot spots and difficulties research on Environmental Protection Law in 2014,the research on the reform of environmental impact assessment system,the research on environmental legal system and the codification of Environmental Protection Law,and the legislative research on the prevention of atmosphere and soil pollution.
