Law experts from China and Italy have sponsored the international symposium on legal prospect of BRICS(Brazil,Russia,India,China and South Africa).Since 2012,the symposium has been held twice in Rome,Italy.This symposium was held in Harbin,China on May 29 and 30,2015.
