In accordance with the Food Safety Law,the paper explores Chinese consumers’evaluation on food safety supervision and management as well as the main factors affecting it through various explorations and interviews.Drawbacks on food safety supervision and risk communication in China,in line with research results and the newly revised the Food Safety Law,enacted in 1995,are analyzed
