摘要(Abstract)：
我国当前仍处在社会转型时期,基层社会矛盾纷繁复杂,呈现出类型多样化、复杂化等诸多特征。层出不穷的基层社会矛盾,有其深刻的社会成因,单靠司法途径既不理性,也不现实。客观上要求正确认识矛盾纠纷类型,科学分析其成因,创新预防与化解机制,为建设法治中国、平安中国提供保障。
